Drinks:

Coffee
Coffee is a stereotypical drink that police officers drink in order to have energy for the day. This is also one of J. Edgar Hoover's favorite things to get at the Rib Room, which was a men-only bar that Hoover ate at daily. He even sat at the same table facing the door every time.
Beer is a drink that mostly men drink, and it was a favorite that people would get in the twentieth century.

  Appetizers:
Many people ate fried potatoes, which was the men's favorite. It was also considered a "business men's lunch."
Oysters are a food that restaurants designed their menu around to become more manly. These remind me of FBI work because it is kind of secretive, you never know exactly what will be inside.

Main Course:
Steak is a very masculine meal. It is a hearty meal that many people believe men eat more than women. It is also considered a "man-sized" meal.
Cream of chicken soup was one of J. Edgar Hoover's favorite meals at the Rib Room.

  Dessert:
Pie was considered a manly dessert, since men were almost the only ones that ate them in public in the 20th century.
Jello was another thing Hoover would get regularly at the Rib Room. It also reminds me of police work because it is originally made out of bone marrow.
